Nexon and their fraud ban

Hey guys, my account has been banned due to fraud of buying nx thru paypal. I have sent a ticket to nexon and surprisingly they replied this morning. GMLibra said: "Greetings, Thank you for contacting Nexon America's Customer Support team. Unfortunately, due to security reasons we will not be able to assist you with any account other than the one you are submitting the ticket from. Please send a ticket from the Nexon Passport account you need assistance with. I understand why you cannot do this, unfortunately, we simply cannot assist you from any account other than the one in need. Please be aware that we recently banned several accounts in MapleStory (potentially due to fraud), and these accounts should not be able to access any of our games. This may be why you cannot access our website or games, if you believe your account may be blocked due to fraud, and you have made PayPal or PayByCash purchases on your account, please send an email to billingpp AT NOSPAM nexon.net from the registered email of the account in question. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Sincerely, GM Libra Nexon America, Inc. For security reasons any sensitive account information has been made private. They dont seem to get the point because in my ticket i told them every time i try to login it says my password is wrong (im sure its 100% right) so how am i suppose to send a ticket from my account to them? BTW: This is proof, if you were to login at the homepage and type your password incorrectly it would say your info is invalid right? When i type a wrong password it says its not valid, BUT when i type it correctly it says Your account has been locked for 10 mins because of multiple login attempts. It keeps showing that message for the multiple login attempts even after 10 mins -_-

Stop crying, i hate these nexon flaming threads...=.= 4 1/2 years of maplestory and the 4th year i've seen more betching then we've had the other 3 years...
