i have a question on the permanent reciever quest. i had 101 scrolls. i click the agent c and he took away 5 and gave me the temp one. then i clicked him again and he took away another 5 T.T. how do i turn in 100?

just keep giving them in, the 20th reciever you get is the perm one

He takes them in intervals of 5. Hand it in 20 times and you get the perm.
