I heard they got an special skill in lvl 30 o.o They got an especial equip for themselves :p

special equips are given at on character creation. just have the looks but no stats or anything. and yes can wear any common eq or any respective job eqs. as for example soulmaster can wear all warrior eqs, flame wiz can wear all mage eqs and so on. works the same for common.

Yes, common equips are equipable. Knights of Cygnus chars are considered (for the most part) to be a normal Magician, Warrior, Pirate, Bowman or Thief as far as what equips they can or cannot wear.
