Depends on where I am. At a friends house i'll sleep in jeans/cargo shorts depending on what I'm wearing. At home it's gym shorts. And I sleep when I'm satisfied with the day.

I close my eyes, relax, and drift away Its SO much worse in China, the humidity really gets me. Thats when I sleep with the ac on room door closed.
