will i get into truble for doing this?

one of my pcs i just bought does not install ms correctly. what i did is i took the entire nexon folder from my current computer and copy/paste it from c drive to c drive onto the new computer. the files in there had both gameguard and hackshield folders (i am assuming its because i had the game running on that working computer for such a long time that when they made the changes both folders existed.). so what i did is i removed gameguard folder that is now on the new pc to test maple and kept the hackshield folder in there as it is, and maple ran smooth, but i want to know if what i did is consider correct and legit. want to know if i can get banned for doing that. please let me know if u have some experience on this. thanks

Gameguard is no longer used so I don't think anybody would care if you deleted it.

Also, if you are worried about deleting the GG file its fine if GG was still used it would automatically re download the necessary files. In fact that method use to be used to fix errors with GG

but do i have to delete hackshield folder too? i get an error to delete hackshield folder
