VirgilDiabloTell me if i missed something or got something wrong I made this to hopefully bring a lot of light to the situation on Cygnus Knights. Will it keep people from asking questions? Hopefully it'll decrease a lot of them. What are the Cygnus Knights The Cygnus Knights are an entirely new kind of character to make. Their level cap is 120, and up until level 70, they get 6 AP instead of five. The still use the same armor and weapons as the regular classes Why make them They're redesigned to be more fun. Someone struggling to get to 3rd or 4th job might easily hit 120 with this class. They also add a "blessing of the sprite" skill to your cygnus character; everytime the main levels up ten times, that skills goes up one point, adding +1ATK and +2MATK each time. How do they work If you have a character at least lv 20, do the prequests, and you'll be able to make a Cygnus Knight. It makes the lv 1 Nobless (Cygnus equivalent of the beginner) for you, and once you hit lv 10, you can talk to one of the five Cygnus job masters to make an advancement. They all have one thing in common: they have a "sprite"; a summon based off of their main element. It increases the damage of the character, and attacks three enemies at once. -Dawn Warrior - A warrior with mostly fighter skills, uses swords and a Holy attribute -Blaze Wizard - A mage that uses fire type spells. -Thunder Breaker - A pirate that uses mostly brawler skills. Uses a Thunder attribute -Wind Archer - An archer that uses hunter skills. Uses a wind attribute. -Night Walkter - A thief with assassin skills. Uses a poison attribute. How do their skills work First job, they get their summon and regular 1st job attacks, with some minor skill changes. Second job is mostly the same, with some classes having a third job skill added, and some second job skills removed, and some with entirely new skills added. Third job uses mostly the same skills, with a few new ones. Each class gets two fourth job skills at lv 100. What is each classes skills CORRECT ME IF I'M WRONG Dawn Warrior -1st job MaxHP Increase Power Strike Slash Blast Iron Body Sprite Summon -2nd job Sword Mastery Sword Booster Sword Final Attack Soul Blade (Giant sword appears, flings an energy blade, attacks mobs) Soul Runner (Like Flash Jump) -3rd job Improving MP Recovery Advanced Combo Panic Coma Brandish Soul Driver (cross between Shout and Genesis) Soul Charge (holy element i believe) Blaze Wizard -1st job Improving Max MP Magic Claw Magic Guard Magic Armor Summon Sprite -2nd job Fire Arrow Meditation Slow Teleport Spell Booster Flame Pillar (exactly what it sounds like) Elemental Reset (makes your fire attacks do normal damage) -3rd job Element Amplification Seal Partial Resistance Element Composition (just bigass fire attack) Flame Curtain (mist, but fire) Meteo Ifrit Thunder Breaker -1st job Bullet Time First Strike Uppercut Kick Dash Sprite Summon -2nd job Increase MaxHP Mastery Booster Screw Punch Energy Charge Energy Blast Lightning Charge -

Hm, I think you got the Sprite Skill wrong. I think everytime your Main levels 10 times, the skill gains 1 level on your Cygnus character. Max level is 20, which is equal to your main being level 200. Good Guide though

I have a question; When cygnus comes out, are the players for it going to be on the same place? Like, when you log in, you have an option of picking your characters. My qustion is, will it be in the same place as the normal adventurerers, or will it be at a different place?

You also shouldn't need to buy an extra character slot if anyone is wondering.

i played maple sea and the spirit skill is like any other skill its max lvl is 20 and u just raise it. And the buff skill is max of 20 which every 10 lvls on the main account=1lvl up on that skill it basicly adds 1att and 2magic attack The spirit skill doesnt have to do anything with the other account.

VirgilDiablo said: " I've seen in a few places that it works both ways" I think I read it on the Maple Wiki, since it's mastery is level 20, I assumed it was the KoC which had the skill.

I know the beginning pretty well because I was playing on KMS for a bit and had a Wind Breaker.

So I'm going to continue to rip at you til you have it all perfect...(just correcting you, but damn dude...the blaze wizard isnt even 50% correct) edit: RAWR. too much wrong dude. you didn't research that well. what were all of your sources?
iireverie 07/03/09 + PM | QUOTE | PERMALINK | REPORT
Um, so one person said it was the same place, and another said it was different? I agree with Nunkey, I hope its at a different place, because otherwise I'd have to buy another character slot =/ Err, I don't know if any misunderstood, but okay, you know when you login? You can choose which character to go on (Nexon gives you three, but you can buy up to 6). Is cygnus going to be on a completely DIFFERENT place or will it be the same. So say I have a bishop, hermit, and corsair right now. If I make a cygnus will I have to expand to make it 4slots with Bishop, corsair, hermit, AND cygnus? Or will it be entirely different and cygnus will just be seperated into a cygnus only place? Idk how else to say it @_@
