today i saw a bowman jumpin and using double shot at the same time, did the patch this or did he hack?

Telecast is not a glitch. If it was, nexon would have fixed it by now. If you want a comparison: Bowmen press skill button+jump simultaneously to jump and shoot. Magicians can do this by activating magic skill and jumping. Telecasting is not a glitch.

I don't think jump-shooting/jump-casting is a glitch so much as an exploit of the game's mechanics. Nothing in the programming specifically prevents you from using both a jump and a skill at the exact same time (since technically you're still shooting while on the ground), but it was never meant to be used intentionally. For all of you SSBM fans, jump-shooting is like "wave-dashing"; it wasn't exactly intended to be used so much in competitive matches, but it's not like tournament officials nor Nintendo care if you use it. So I don't think Nexon will ever patch jump-shooting, and you shouldn't get banned for using it.
