If 24-bit color is truecolor

What would 64-bit color be? 24-bit color can mimic 16.7 million colors, which is considered true color, because it can mimic all the colors you can find in the outside world. However, 64-bit color (2^64) can mimic 18,446,744,073,709,551,616 colors. I don't think that can really be considered 'true' color.

Isn't 64-bit impossible then? Since 24 already covers all colours? I am confused.

Well if 64 bit holds that any colors.. Well I mean define true in this situation, I don't know these situations so well..

But if we use the 64-bit in billboards, advertisements, etc, doesn't that mean it then becomes a real world colour, which means 24-bit can't be called true-colour anymore?
