noooob question on 4th job skills

I m confused ... I know that you get the skill stuff from monsters/bosses but is there like a required lvl( like level 120, level 130) to get the level 10/20/30 level of a skill? or can you just get like a lvl 30 skill at lvl 120.

As far as I know, the skillbooks only increase the maximum level of that skill. So you still need to put your SP into it.

well ... you can get all the lv 10 skills at lv 120. For the lv 20 and 30 skills, you need at least 5 pts into that skill (20) and 15 pts into that skill (30). So its kinda impossible to have 5 points already into a skill at lv 120 :P (no required lv for skills, as long as you've you enough pts into them)

lmao hes saying can we get a skillbook that max the skill one try to 30 done lol nah it only goes up 5 first then u use a 20 up one and its goes to 25 then u lv and max it if u want to lol.
