Basilers Are Mentally ill?

I'm not talking in general. The marjority of basilers are mentally ill meaning max of 50% population has something wrong with their brain. Well, it's quite normal dont worry. Most people are mentally ill even though they maintain good grades, good health, and an balance in their life. The downside is that you'll come across some situtions you wont be able to do. Dont ask me why or how i know this. Some questions are better left unanswered. This infomation was never told by the public. I've already know 10 basilers are mentally ill but i will not reveal their names. 50% are active basilers. Of course there is more that is ill. If you give me permission(pm me if you want to know ur the ten basilers) what type of illness you have i'll give you full details and whats wrong with you.
