Getting genesis

I've searched the web but didn't find any good threads about it. I've recently reached lvl 120 and am now a bishop. I am asking in this thread for a detailed, clear, and *updated* guide or link to a guide to getting genesis. Thanks in advance.

Guys-if you're mad or something caused you to want to respond not nicely, dint respond. But, no matter what the case, there is no fighting in my threads and ALL suggestions are welcome.
