Guild Expansion Glitch

Does anyone know if that strange glitch for expanding guilds is still happening where it costs you no money? Or is it even a glitch? I don't even know. Can someone tell me please? I'm trying to decide if I should recreate my guild or not o.o

Well, I paid for full slots at my guild. I am glad it is patched.

You storage the money needed to expand the guild or but have like 1mil on you
