Trick to get free NX?

I've noticed that accounts have been banned for charging NX illegally. I assume that this means that you get NX without actually paying for it... Can a person just make a random account and then charge NX, go gach and trade the items to another account? That way you get NX to make $ and then Nexon can buy the useless account and in the end your the winner. Or is there something else that I'm missing (which I'm sure I am because this just seems too easy)

If I recall correctly , only characters over level fifteen , and made over a period of time ( can`t remember how long ) , are able to use gachapon .

Yes this has been done, you just use a credit card to make a paypal acc. Charge the NX. Buy a buncha gacha tickets, use them all, transfer the items, and then later choose not to pay for it. But the account and credit card you used will be permanently blocked. But who cares right? Hopefully you made a good profit and won't need anymore NX lol.

If you have mule accounts that are (I think) over 2 weeks old, and have a credit card. I think you can get free nx like that. But I read from somewhere that you can't use the same card for a different account. So that means you should charge a few thousand dollars, spend on gachapon, give it to main, then reverse it.
