party system messed up from patch 0.54?

Before the patch i would ask for a pq and i would be able to decide whether or not if i wanted to join the party. However after this new patch i went to boss pq and i asked for a pq and all of a sudden i'm in a party without pressing anything. is this normal?

The patch probably gave you guys the search party function. Create a party and use the search function and it automatically invites anyone w/o a party and within the level range specified . If you don't want that to happen, go to game options and un-check search party option.

oh right thanks alot man and yeah i think that is the search party function cos our whole buddy thing changed aswell..
