Hiya peps, i've gathered 100 intelligence documents and was planning to get the platinum (titanium or whatever) recevier but i dont know where to turn in the documents, to what npc and where..

well when i talk to him he only takes 5 scrolls of me and give me an old recevier and not the titanium one which you get for 100 documents

linkinglol i fail big time f3, I have 100 scrolls I handed em all in and then dropped them all cause I didnt notice which was the real one then i talked to him again and realized I screwed up and somone ran away with my earrings. FAIL
