When you buy nx from 7-11 or somewhere, does it come with tax. For ex. I buy 10 dollar nx card. does it have tax?

Canada yes, A $30 Card will only get you 25k NX and a $12 gets you 10k NX.

In Canada at least where i live 10k is $12 and that DOESN'T include tax. So the total is like $13 ish
