Getting Killed by a Snail

While randomly killing noob monsters on our way to Henesys, my friend picked up a Snail card, which was enough to unlock its description. The description mentioned something about an adventurer never being killed by a Snail before. We, of course, took this as a challenge. So, at our current levels (him 41, me 61), a Snail will do 1 damage. The Snail obviously doesn't have to kill us by itself, but it does have to deal the final blow. So the hard part here, then, is taking enough damage to put you down to exactly 1 HP. Any suggestions on how we might do this? And making a new character to do it is out of the question. Takes the fun out of it. EDIT: I should have been a little more clear here. I know that this is actually incredibly easy to do, but the point is that we want an extremely complicated way of doing it. As in calculating the amount of WDEF you need for a certain monster to bring you down to 1 HP. We want a challenge, something that Maple doesn't always give..

Take of equips and spam booster/any HP sacrificing skills.

First since your a mage, shouldnt be too difficult. Dont use Magic Guard. Go to say, Golems, and take damage all the way to 10-. Then, go back to HHG1 and let the snail kill you.

Die, respawn with 50 hp, go up top in hhg1 and get your hp as low as possible on green/orange mushrooms.. finish yourself off with a snail?

It would be pretty difficult to get it down low enough, I think, without it killing you... And as far as HP-sacrificing skills go, I have none. Only at 2nd job... I know I'm making this way too difficult, but hey, I'm not having fun with a game unless it challenges me. And when the "challenge" it throws at you is mindlessly pressing a key for hours on end, we have to make up some to keep up the slack. So I was thinking of going to Drake's Meal Table and taking off/putting on just enough equips to get down to 1 hp after one or two hits, and then get killed by Bob the Snail. Which means I need to either experiment or find a formula..
