i was wondering if the begginer skill can hit any monster? and would the person using the skill get the exp from the monster when it dies? im trying to find a way i could leech my friend so he can catch up to me :/ and also how much acc would be needed to hit hmes at level 68?

It used to, but Nexon patched it out, so it has the same ACC as any other skill.
