| 1. no 2. no 3. yes He's even dumber than I thought he was. During the campaign, I never really listened to the candidates' takes on foreign policy, but these past few weeks have truly shown the stupidity of the Obama administration. 1. He goes on an apology tour in the Middle East. 2. Takes no substantive action against North Korea. 3. Closes Guantanamo Bay and doesn't know what to do with the prisoners. 4. Takes an entire week to decide what stance to take on Iran's elections. 5. Takes less than a day to condemn Hondura's constitutionally legal arrest & exile of its president. Then there's his "stimulus bill", his cap & trade system, and his healthcare reforms, all of which are epic fails. The stimulus bill fails to do what it's supposed to do: stimulate the economy, since it doesn't kick in for another 2 years. Seasonally adjusted unemployment rates are still rising, and savings rate have gone up, meaning that any stimulus will become exponentially less effective. His cap & trade system will fail without protectionism, which he does not support And he refuses to consider medical malpractice tort reform as part of his healthcare reform, which just shows how bought up he is by tort lawyers. |

| the public thinks that obama can fix the econmic chrisis alone well he cant and people also think that he should be able to do it by snapping his fingers. it will take more than 8years and alot of help from europe and the rest of the world to fix this mess that bush made most of basil doesnt know anything about politics and are just going to say what they heard from the news or magazines. obama is honestly best for the job and will make some major improvments. 1 year has not even passed and people are complaining which is annoying because the chrisis is very bad hence it being a chrisis. it will not take 4years and thats why some americans are not going to vote for him again which is stupid because they dont realize how big the situation is.that will cause another president to be given all this work and to screw up the economy even more. |

I will only agree with you on #4. But with the others, you really gotta learn to make peace and not war. Otherwise, more countries would hate us more and give them the drive to attack us. Have we ever been attacked since Obama has been in office? Nope, that means so far is peace offerings to other countries are darn well working. And even with the stimulus bill, cap & trade, and the healthcare reform, he definitely has done more than others in the first 6 months, but do you really expect everything to get better in this amount of time? I will say I am iffy with cap & trade, if we can keep our original insurance plans then I would support the health care reform, and I support the stimulus bill to the fullest extent, we just have to hope that it will be used in the right way and not for govenors to use it to take trips down to Argentina to bone some latino women. Bush left a huge mess for Obama to clean up and so far he is doing a good job in my opinion. Overall I'm giving him an 8.5 out of 10. Even if Obama does not do as well as I thought would, he will still not be as bad as Bush. I will bet money that Obama will have at least a 50% approval rating by the time he leaves office in 2016. @ arsenalchamp: Or FOX News lol. Very well said |
