Ok so i'm not quite a dit YET (almost) but i still have as much unstable damage as anyone. What i need to know is how mastery affects damage. simple but neccesary

It doesn't increase the max damage but instead the minimum. The first number in your damage range will increase. So if you hit anywhere from 200-900 without mastery, it will increase to about 650-900 with mastery. It's a must.
