How can you get items that has stats over the maximum limit? What I mean is, how do I get a clean 11 atk wepon if the average atk is 5 heres a picture of a 82 atk clean lvl 60 bow (7 atk above average) link I bought that bow 2 years ago from the fm for 300k and sold it for 22 mil (is that a good price?) Can anyone tell me how to get items like these?

Its random, average just means the most common

Gach'd items range from 7 below avg to 7 above avg. All other items range from 5 below avg to 5 above avg.
