I hate/ am annoyed by mentally retarded people. I know they can't help it and I'm not supposed to but I can't help it. They are always too happy and remind me how sometimes Im having a horrible day. They also do something that are things that are my pet peeves. @ people with mentally retarded friends or family members: I have nothing against them as a person so don't hate me.

Your annoyance is understandable. You don't really hate the people. You seem to hate the mentality they express. Would I be correct in guessing that you hate people who act extremely happy in general?

They always seem to come over with their over with there over optimistic attitude, thinking everything in the world is perfect.
