How do you know if your avatar got rejected or not?

Uhh, just a while ago I just submitted an avatar for and still haven't get any mail or anything. I'm writing this because one time I submitted an avatar like months ago and still haven't get any mails or anything telling me it has been rejected or not. So I decided to try submitting the avatar again. For those of you guys who know that they got rejected for their avatar, how did you figure it out?

Either you see it's accepted or you get a rejection PM.

Usually I got mail saying it was rejected.. If you don't receive anything for this avatar, just make a new one but be sure it's within the rules.

You recieve a PM from the basilbot and it doesn't show on your threads/posts/BasilID/etc.
