Are those mesos buying sites actually legit? I'm considering it, because its 4.5k NX for 10mill using the bag, and it seems like some of the sites are cheaper. Where do these sites even get all the mesos? Is it illegal? What are good sites to buy mesos from?

dont do it just buy gfa 60% scrolls for 1.4k nx in trade system and then sell em for 6m-9m (considering the new increase in price)

I think it might be worth it now. It seems the prices are now $6 for 100 mil. Yeam insane. It went down 4 times in price. a few weeks ago it was almost $26 for 100 mil.

You are making a purchase from an outside source (website not connected with Nexon). As far as the ToS is concerned you are just recieving a trade for mesos. THEY might be breaking the ToS by their method of harvesting mesos, but that really doesnt have anything to do with the buyer. Just my opinion.

Most are legit, but u have to go through troublesome things and you gotta plan everything to receive the mesos.

If they scam you, they can be sued, because you are paying real money. All of them are legit, it is illegal in Nexon's ToS though.
