Which title quests are glitched?

Self explanatory. Im going to make a list of which quests you can and can not do. I only know a few so far so please leave a message saying which ones are glitched. Glitched: Diligent Explorer Celebrity! Veteran Hunter Not Glitched: Quest Specialist Donation King

I meant does the medal expire after a given time? ie disappear?

no the medals have no expiration date.
