NLC is not guaranteed I went there with 10 and got nothing worth value. Best bet is Zipangu or you can MTS Glove att scrolls if you havent bought gacha tix yet

NLC = risk of 100+mil or about 2mil... ur choice... if u dont get white scroll or ele staff ur'll get lvl 20 armor...which is useless...
