Anything can be traded with karma scissors, I believe.

It can't be traded with karma scissors. Only a select items can, and MoN isn't one of them.

It cannot be traded with Karma Scissors. The level 10 Branch Nose and Mouse Kit also cannot be traded with Karma Scissors. An item says it can be traded with Karma Scissors if it can be traded with Karma Scissors.
