I recently read a sleepywood post that stated ranged characters need to be able to take an 11k hit against pink bean. 11k = 6.9k with HB HP washing will likely mean buying over 100 ap resets = $300 at the very least! This means big problems for bowmen... and even bigger problems for people looking to bloodbuild to save $$$ at the cost of atk. Any suggestions on how to best approach this 6.9k hp hurdle?

i dont think the money is worth it. do a combo of both Hp wash and blood build. i read in another thread that a bowman borrowed a 25 dex sauna and, it hardly raised his/hers attack. so i dont think your damage will be affected that much blood building = adding AP to Hp

iGanesh said: "What's Bloodbuilding? ;O" When you add ap directly into hp (rather than dex). Also if we estimate 1 atk = 5 dex for the sake of simplification. And you bloodbuild 100 ap into hp. That is the equivalent of 20 atk! That means doing damage 20 levels under what would be considered normal!

HP washing is something that's very good, yet very hard and expensive to do. If you haven't leveled since around 10-50 and higher with INT equipment you probably won't be able to HP wash enough. I suggest doing a combination because it is very expensive and the attack you lose will be made up for by survival rates. ^_^

Whats the point of PB. Reverse weapons work as well. Unless you want to showoff you killed it. Just wait like 10 more patches for Nexon to make some super Hp equips. Or nerf PB

Do a combo of it, but washing may be harder at higher lvls. For instance, i added 1 point into HP from ~90 to 120, currently, I have the same hp as an unwashed/added BM that is at least 10 levels ahead of me, maybe more, and my damage range is still higher up compared to some, and thats with a 100%ed overall.

Definetly blood build. Hp washing isnt worth it at ALL. You definitely wanna be able to take a hit and be slightly weaker than be super strong but die easily. Who cares if your the strongest bowman in the world if you can take monster atks... Nexon allowed you to up HP for a reason..

You can't say that though because as you get high level'ed dex affects you less and less because you have so much of it |

blood building only really drops your attack about 100 points which will hardly be missed boss fighting

I agree, moreover pink bean reduces all non-elemental dmg in half right? so its gonna be suckyass anyways (at pb) |
