Hi. I'm just curious, but don't you guys hate it when either your parents or an adult becomes too nosy. For example, when your mom or dad comes into your room without knocking and asks what you are doing. Then they come in and look at your computer screen for signs of gaming/not-school-related stuff. And if they find something, they give you an hour lesson. I hate that. Every once in a while, my parents come in my room doing that. It pisses me off. Well, that's my two cents. Discuss.

I just hate it when they come in without knocking. I like my privacy, which I never have in my house. :|

My parents don't do that, but I know some parents who do. My friend's mom is SO overprotective and has to know everything she's doing. She knows her myspace/facebook password and reads her messages, she reads her texts, and has to watch her on MSN/Yahoo! Messenger. It makes me angry, yes.

I have this thing called workspaces on my computer so I just put up some random school looking thing on that workspace and whenever my mom comes I switch to that workspace.

lol, my parents never do that. :D they always knock and/or yell my name. my mom rarely comes upstairs. when i go to my dads, he interrupts me a lot by knocking on my door saying he wants to talk or that i'm hibernating in my room. kinda annoying but if i tell him not to come in, he won't. i also found out that my dad doesn't know how to clear internet history LOL but i tink he does now. :s

well, for me they sometimes knock, they pretty respect my privacy too. I just hate when they keep coming into my room with no reason...
