if i use scissors on a zhelm after i put it in storage do ill be able to get an 2nd on same perso?

You have to use sok to put it in storage 1st. Then you can take it out on any char on that account once .

Yea, but to get it back to the char. you first had it on you have to buy another SoK

Here's how it works. Scissors on ZHELM > Storage > Take out on any character on same account > Untradeable

I think so. Well i'd be sure if I could understand your poor grammar. I hope you mean: If I use the scissors on a Zhelm after I put it in the storage, will i be able to get a 2nd one on the same person? If thats what you meant, then yes, yes you can.

think u guys didnt understood me check my zhelm is avarage so i dont wanna trade it and if i use sok on my zhelm and put it in storage could i be able to have a helm in my equips slot and in my storage? so after i can sell back the one i got and get back the other one on me

No i don't believe so. You can't have the helm in the storage and get another one. It HAS to be on another character.
