My dmg range is 641~1134. Is that good enough to do Windraiders? Or do I need to improve it?

Gloves and Shoes scrolled for DEX, 5 STR Black Royale Barone, 3 STR Maple Hat, 2 STR Spiegleman Necklace and a 60 ATK Maple Knuckle.

The 60 atk maple knuckle is the problem. Scroll it. There is no set damage range for WR's. Once you can hit them you can go.

Maybe you can 100% your overall for dex so it's 10 dex more and then replace the glove with atk glove?

well I had that attack range at 61 and did well at windraiders o.o , you just will use some more pots than normal
