How do you get rank B on Ellin pq? Some ppl said you had to finish 20 but i already did that and im still rank C. And how do u get glittering earrings?

I was at 24/30 when I got B rank.

For the B rank you have to attempt 30 party quests. Not necessarily complete them, but just go in.

For B and A rank you just need to pq alot, not quit alot of them you start, and do them fast. I got B after 17 pqs. For glittering you need A rank and 30 fragments. I suggest you just save all of your fragments till you got A rank to get them.

S rank - Fastest Time: 15 min, Must attempt at least 100, complete 80%, Must have Glittering Altaire Earrings. A rank - Fastest Time: 17 min, Must attempt at least 50, complete 70%, Must have Altaire Earrings. B rank - Fastest Time: 20 min, Must attempt at least 30, complete 50%
