Sorry for not believing you guys on new Maplestory

New Maplestory is incredibly different from the Tespia world I knew I loved. Now I decided to finally make a new Gunslinger seeing as how it's one of the classes I've wanted to try. Seeing all these threads about how Maplers are idiots now was something I dismissed... until now. Within the range of two days, I've met countless amounts of idiots who play the game, especially in the PQ areas. This one time at the Ariant PQ, I was down many points from some ranger who kept stealing my monsters, so I decided to just bomb him last minute to steal the points. I won, and he defamed me and called me a noob. In the KPQ area, I encountered some warrior who asked me what the stats to my bandanna was and asked me to call him "sir". I just called him an idiot, then he kept going on about how he was my daddy or something. He could not type properly and rather than typing up the full line, would just type half a line and continue his sentence in the next (The sign of someone who want's to look like a fast typer). I told him I could beat him up easily in real life (Which I probably could) and went in the PQ. When that was over, my leader made me leader because he had to go. Then later on in the PQ I was asked "Me leader pliz pliz". I just said no, and the other party members wanted that guy to be leader because he's a high level (I was only lvl 22). After so much whining he finally left and defamed me. For those who want a summary: Maplestory has changed, big time. It's unnoticeable in the higher levels, but the lower levels is just hell. It's full of immature 6 year olds (Sorry to the mature 6 year olds) and I apologize to those whom I did not believe before. EDIT: Forgot to mention the irony; I was in a LMPQ party moments before the KPQ incident where the entire party waited for the leader after she d/ced. And for those wondering about the "sir" guy, I just copypasta'd some Gillie freestyles and some Tupac raps to flame back (Even though it really doesn't solve anything)

Well, most people either get lucky and don't have to deal with it. Or they just cope with it. I get frustrated sometimes but I still play because I enjoy the game. But the community has changed with the game.

A lot of higher levels that make new characters don't even bother with PQ's they just grind train...

Whenever I make a new character, I train in older, "outdated" training spots. Saves me a lot of headache. xD

I usually keep to myself when i level my low levels in pqs. what amazes me is how much they yell at u to click when the channel isnt empty and how they call everybody noobs.
