How do you fight acne?

I take doxyciline (an anti-biotic) and I use an acne cleanser once every day. It stays pretty clean but I still get random pimples. What do you guys do?

I use the Force. Nah for reals, I just squeeze them and after a day or two the marks go away...

Very carefully. With swords. Srsly, though, I just wash my face daily and I don't worry about it. Most of my acne is just caused by stress from acne. o_o

I scratch them off... they hurt and bleed but they go fast. Works for me.
