When does the 4th Of July patch going to be released? Is there even going to be one this year?

There's been no hints or anything saying about a patch. I think the Agent Event counts as the patch, possibly?

probably,but a small patch probably,only the event which will be maybe 2-3 new event quests

But they couldn't let us wait any longer, so they decided to make the KoC in the next patch. Since the mapel global site shows a window with the KoC when you open the site, I think they will make the KoC ASAP, so when they're finished. This is my opinion :D.
