When I was training and I ran out of steelies and switched to tobis, I had 1 steely star left, then when I was halfway through my tobis my atk range said the same as it would with a steely. So if I get 1 cilbi and use it so 1 star is left then switch to a subi they will be the same attack?

No on your attack range it stays the same but your actual damage will be different. If you wanna test this out try getting a subi and a steely. Use all your steelies and put your subi behind. IS there a difference between your damage?

The same thing applies with what happens with Diamond Arrows and Soul Arrow. Although your damage and range appears to be higher, the damage you see on screen is not it's true value. From other people's views, your damage will be lower than what you really see.
