The words of a pathetic merchant nub who was trying to sell watermelons for 30k each, who couldn't handle the fact I was helping people out by selling them for only 5k each. They're probably not even worth that much, seeing as Thieves have the advantage. Get it around your heads, merchant trash, low levels aren't always from players with high level characters, there's no reason to squeeze all their money out of them for a weapon that EXPIRES. If you can't handle the fact some people want to help others (even for a minor price) that's a better deal than yours, then log off the game and grow up.

I was buying melons for 15k each, some guy trades me and is like "nobody is going to sell them for you 15k" then cancels trade. Then another lv 15 thief is like nobody is going to sell it to you for 15 noob.... Watermelon merchants need to learn that isnt it better to sell to someone whos buying then wait for hours until you sell it for their price or to at least haggle @_@....

I had to sell watermelons 'cause I'm unfunded and the potion costs rip my money into shreds. If I don't do it, I'd have to quit. Yes, I know you want me to =P

I tried to get melons for free for some time, but there were so many people wo needed them and even for a thief it always takes like 6 minutes till ya got enough for a single person...really, there would needa be some sort of group of thieves who could get the melons for those guys. I got such a despise for those guys who stood there and tried to sell them for 50k each...-__- At least I made a few new friends who were really thankful I just got them the melons for free.

anyone wana explain the quest to me? like, you buy the watermelons from merchants and then where do you turn it in at? also wat do you get for doing the quest, is it repeatable, can i powerlvl my nub characters, etc.

I never merchanted off newbs ( i have off NOOBS.. different story ) and sold stuff for overpriced.. at least rarely... and you go and insult every merchant as if we are all the same.
