Opinions on the "permanent" agent equips

As many of you know, Nexon has posted that "all agent equip recieved from quest" will expire September 9th. link This poses the question of whether or not the so-called "permanent" (the ones with no expiration date) agent equips will stay after September 9th. Even though I know there has been extensive debate on the subject, I wanna see what most people think. I, for one, think that the "can be used until September 9th thing" either means that the agent quests will last until September 9th before being removed (but the items will stay) or that the last day that the temporary items go to will be September 9th.

What ELSE could "Agent equip received from the quest can be used until September 9th." mean, other than September 10 your "agent" will be naked..? If it can't be "used" after September 9th, then what would be the point of having it in your inventory or on your character..? Not that Nexon has a very good reputation for dealing with the English language. Maybe "used until September 9th." in Korean means "forever"...?

From the quest, the quest that gave you the agent shoes in the beginning, so its probably, most likely only the shoes.

K seriously learn how to read, and don't add your own words.... Nexon said " Agent Equip received from the quest can be used until September 9th." Agent equip is singular not plural, the Agent equip is the SHOES thats why their expiration date is 9/9/09...

Except that "equip" is NOT a noun, it's a verb. Nexon is using it as a noun here which means it could mean anything in that sentence. (The word you're looking for is "equipment".) In other words, Nexon is just making it up as they go. Typically. We'll find out on September 10th what happens to the "Agent equip".

The permanent equipment is permanent. The temporary equipment isn't. Obviously. Don't pay attention to everything Nexon writes down because they tend to leave out information. Take the Karma Scissors page for example; It said only the items shown could be Karma'd, yet many more items can be Karma'd than they listed. The people who write up those things do it very late, mistakes are easily made.

I just want to point out that you should not make inferences about anything maple-related based on grammar/mechanics because as we all know, Nexon never takes the time to even proofread what they type.

I also realized that if you click Cassandra and look at the permanent Agent Suit, it says "Unlimited Use" next to it. I hope that means all the equips are like that.
