I think agent E might be in different places for your level. On my CB she was in lith, but my 3x friend couldn't see her. When I logged into my brawler to do the quiz, she wasn't there, and so I used the henesys Agent E instead :]

Someone on another thread was complaining they thought the Agent E in Magita(w/e) was bugged, but on my lvl45 thief there WASN'T any Agent E there, I had to go back to Ariant to find one.

in leafre, on the left side of agent e you cant see her but on the right you can somethin like that maybe that happens in some other towns too

Watermelon quest, Just get a theif and ds across the map o-o that's what my friend told me to do. It works.
