How come people can sell their Z-helm now?

I thought Z-helm are untradeable, how come people can sell it at the store? Thanks !

Scissors of Karma let you trade untradable items.

Because of the new cash item: Scissors of Karma. They can be used on some untradable things such as Z-Helms. It's 3k NX and when you use it, you can drop, trade, or put your Z-Helm in a store. But they're more expensive when karma'd than a regular run, because people are too lazy to do the quests/waste time/buy pots, etc, so most just buy karma'd ones.
