my dads messing with me HELP

my dad somehow disabled my laptop while I was out because he thought I was playing too much. Its a toshiba satellite and I don't know what he did to it, but now when I press the power button, it lags for 5 seconds before it turns on and 3 seconds later immediately shuts down. Can someone tell me what he did and how to fix it please?

I have a Toshiba Satellite. :P Go to the BIOS and make sure it's booting from your HD and not a CD/ LAN or something.

Disabled your laptop? Maybe he did "that" with your laptop. Lotsa viruses coming with those.
