Can You Reach Damage Cap With LUK?

Hey guys. For this entire day, ive been asking everybody i know, basil, everybody if my mage could hit 199'999 at lv 200. I am now going to list all my stats, equips, and types. Stats: 834int 166 luk (dont tell me to cap earlier.) Equips: 5int medal, 40int helm, 50int overall, 25int gloves and shoes,15int belt, 22int pendant, 20int earrings, 30int cape, and 30int, 200 m.att wand. (overall of more than 462 int cuz i didnt add m.att if im not wrong.) Super effective on monster. I.e. its a fire boar. CAN I HIT 199'999 under these conditions? it makes my total int well over 1300, maybe if i added the m.att on stuff, even 1500. Under these conditions, and it is super effective, can i hit 199'999? D= i have max eleamp (obiously) and im using a lv 163 elestaff for ice. this is for blizzard. I am NOT using any type of potion for this.

Umm more info required as in Ele Staff/Wand? Did you max amp? Are you fighting an element weak monster? Tbh though i still think ud need one of those insane matk pots that give u like 700matk for 20 secs to do it...

I say it is possible, but if you cant maybe get a bowmaster to use sharp eyes for you :P

Together with SE and the pot which gives 1000m.atk but only last for 3 seconds, yes. Solo? Very likely, no

I doubt you have any of those, but um, hypothetically... not alone, but with SE (or ssiws cheese/another kind of 100+ m.atk pot) you probably could on fire monsters.
