| So looking at that weird Ninja thread going around, I finally realized how fed up I am with people having no originality what-so-ever when making posts about "new classes". So I figured I might as well make one, one that will doubtlessly be rejected by Nexon no matter what I did, will be bashed on these forums no matter what, but actually had some thought behind it and didn't steal from the current game. Class name: Woodlander (up for debate, but named by a Basiler) First job explanation : Your skills are unique in this game, for you are neither a user of true magic or a physical fighter, but instead use the environment for your battles. You, in these early levels, are very weak. At the most, you would be able to call upon the powers of a pig to aid your pole into bashing in the skull of a crazed mushroom, or use the powers of the roots of plants around you to bind multiple monsters around you, stunning them while you are able to pick them off. But as you get stronger, you skills will increase. The powers that once rivaled those of a pig will now rival a boar, the weak flower's roots would now be the roots of a massive tree spreading throughout the world. And maybe, as you grow, they will be greater... Main Attributes needed : The Woodlander uses a mix of Strength and Intelligence. Its accuracy is based off of the magical prowess of his attacks, as it is not just his own strength pushing his pole, but the strength of an animal's spirit (need to work on that idea). The second job will be split into two portions, the Tamer and the Geomancer (i need names...), which will take different amounts of stength/intelligence each. The tamer will use more strength, the Geomancer intelligence. First class skills : Raise Hp : Yeah, its ripped , but you know that it would have been included. Animal cunning : Passive. At level 1, increases Acc and Avoid +1, at level 10, Acc and Avoid are +15 Spirit crush : Active. Use the spirit of the strongest monster you've killed (cannot be PQ or Boss monster) to aid in your attack. Monster will quickly appear behind you. I realize this won't possibly be implemented, but who cares, this is all made up anyway ;p Level 1: Attack at 120%, uses 8 mana Level 20: Attack at 250%, uses 20 mana Drain Active. Use the spirit of a weakened foe to gain life energy from it. Kills the monster for no experience or drop. This is not a party skill Level 1: Drains 10% of leftover HP from monster, player must be below 30%. 50% chance of fail. Uses 12 mana. Level 20: Drains 120% leftover HP from monster, player must be below 80%. 10% chance of fail. Uses 28 mana. I can't even imagine how many of you just freaked out that cleric would be useless. About time they lost some use to people. Root Trap Active. Use the roots of plants in the ground to bind enemies for a short while. Enemies are stunned from the shock. Level 1: 20% chance to trap 3 monsters in area for 5 seconds. Costs12 mana. Level 20: 100% chance to trap 6 monsters in area for 10 secon |
