Need help on making reg/low-dex sin.

Hello everyone. Seeing as I got kind of bored of my gunslinger, I've decided on making a reg-dex or slightly low-dex assassin. I was wondering what equips I should get considering my kind of low budget. I have about 31mil, 2 glove for att 60% scrolls, and 1 shoe jump 60% scroll. I would assume that I have about 42mil after selling those scrolls. I also have some leftover equips from my gunslinger such as: 6 dex green dana-8 slots 2 att 6 dex PAC-0 slots +7 att work glove-0slots +3 dex whitebottoms-4 slots(my first 10% to work EVER) I think that this is an ok start, but I have no clue about what stars to get or what equips. I also have to sell some things on my gunslinger that I need a price check on like: 61 att, 2 dex,9 acc lunar shooter(lvl 40 gun)-0 slots Lvl 30 pirate overall 10 dex,2 str- 8 slots If you are interested in buying these, please post below or PM me. I'd go for that 'slightly Low Dex' idea since ya have some Dex equips already. I suggest trying out cheap Icicles first (if you've done the quest with Phantom Seeds from Taggrin, you can buy 'em for 2k/set). If you then believe upgrading to Tobis/Steely/Etc is best for your budget, then upgrade. For Claws, you can easily manage using 100%'ed Claws for a while (you can use a clean Claw up to 25 and be fine). xD

Yep, save as much as ya can until you get to 50+ where you might wanna get some items like a Z-Helm. But don't worry about spending a couple mils to help you get up there (100%ing Claws shouldn't drain all your mesos, but they'll take some mils off), you'll earn it back once your Sin gets to 35+ where you'll be able to do those Scroll quests again to add to your budget. xD

Also, should I just get clean armor? Approximately how much sets of stars will I need until level 50, assuming that I will train at octos, KPQ, and then CPQ?

Well, a 100%'ed Dex Bathrobe/Sauna are very affordable and would help lower your base Dex = more base Luk. How many at 50? 6-8 is my suggestion up to 3rd job, but every player is a bit dif. xD Edit: If you already did the Seeds quest on your Pirate, you can get 6-8 Icicles for only 12-16k, so if ya want, you can go crazy and buy a ton and rarely ever have to recharge lol. xD

Okay, cool. Thanks a lot orange. Do I keep the sauna/bathrobe forever? Or do I later change into regular thief clothes? Edit: I never said I was going dexless 0_o. Well im lvl 101 im 35 base dex, My fundings are 12dex earrings ,12dex shoes , 10dex 2atk pac , 10atk wgs , 19dex 7 slots zhelm, dep star,25dex bath robe,and 65atk dawn raven claw which adds up to 118 dex, and my dawn raven claw is 130dex req :O. BUT your on the right led to become a Lowdex. at lvl 40 kill seruf for chaos scroll, at lvl 50, 60, and 70 maybe 75 and 80 as well. if you need more mesos

Subani's Legacy at Lvl 35 is by far the easiest way to get a 60% Glove Atk Scroll. You get it from John Barricade in NLC, kill a bunch of easy monsters and ya get a 60% Glove Atk Scroll. The quest Lost! from Elpam Gorlab in NLC also rewards a 70% Glove Atk (that or the one after it). Check the stickied list of Quests to Make Mesos in the General Maple Talk section for a nice list. xD

Just posting what I know. xD" not that but the effort you put and to even be botherd to help in any sin/hemit/NL thread and staying up to date with the thread till it dies... keeping in mind that your a reg dex NL... and mostly you would be saying dont go low dex reg dex ftw and all... your not... you are trying to help... and i also wont forget the amazing inspiration and help you gave me in my thread <dream to be a hermit> i think you are a nice decent guy
