Hacking? What is going on?

So I've seen quite a few of these people today. They have a chat bubble above their head that never goes away, but their text doesn't appear in the chat box below...I assume that they're hacking, so when I go to report them and click on "alert GM" it tells me some crap about adding them as a Junior. And I clearly clicked on "Alert GM". Yes, I know that it's RIGHT below it, but I'm not stupid and I don't have shaky hands, I know what I click on. So what the eff is going on?

About this, the "Alert GM" feature from clicking on the a person is broken. What you want to try is. Clicking the little Red Siren Light, near bottom buttons, that's the new GM alert, but you have to pay 300 mesos to alert a GM, AND last time i actually tried to use it, it kept saying "try again later" i think its bugged.

right now, we can't 'alert a gm' in any way, so the hackers and botters are having a field day. So the guy was using a skill macro, but also had it set to some key and had the key held down, maybe with a book.

*Sigh* First off, it's called a macro. You can put in any text u want, and when u use the macro it will say the text, but it will not appear in the chat bubble. Secondly: Alert GM is still here. Don't right click them and press "Alert GM". That won't work. If u look at the very bottom of ur screen, u will see ur MP, HP, EXP, Menu, MTS, Cash Shop. Now there has been added a new button. The "red light" down there is the Alert GM button. Use that instead. Hope this helped

but that button ALWAYS produces "try latter" let me guess, you didn't try it did you sugar? And if he has something doing his skill macro over and over, it's still botting. There are very few skills that you can put in a macro, but not move or show a spell when you do them... how few? Name one.
