Note: The title was named that for a reason. I have been playing on my Level 55 Bandit right now and it's getting pretty beastly with its 11 LUK 5 DEX Top and soon to be 89 ATT Asura. However, I've had some fun with my F/P Mage on Level 70 and I want to continue it. Now, what should I choose? I would like to know past experiences of other Bandits / CB's / Shadowers and other F/P's. Which one is better in the long run? How much faster do each of them level? Any type of questions that could help me make a decision would be honestly grateful.

archmages just flat out beat shadowers in terms of training speed. plus you can sell leech xD

Well... Id continue playing a character thats fully equipped with decent items. If you plan on getting to 120 with either one of those chars then the f/p would be leveling faster.. That is.. With the mist build. My gf made a shadower while i made a f/p. Cbs/shads are expensive to fund while f/ps can live off with clean mage equips but you will be pouring money into pot funds.

Bandits are the best. Combo skills are really fun... I got bored of them at 6x but I suddenly had the motivation to get to 70. When I finally got to lvl 70, I loved spamming assaulter everywhere especially because it helped me a mega load with the Kenta's aquarium lvl 70 mount. Assaulter helps you dodge magic attacks from monsters and helps you get back on a platform when you're falling.

Flip a coin. Heads = bandit, tails = f/p, edge = luckless cleric. Suprisingly, people get the edge A LOT..
