Restart or no?

So I have a level 74 ranger, but his stats are really screwed up, and I'm pretty poor compared to others my level (4m) I have 20 luk and 10 int But I also have a 5/4 Hunter thats level 33 right now, so I'm wondering should I just use him instead Is it worth restarting?

Use your level 33 Hunter. Getting to 70 isn't too hard nowadays, and you've already got lots of mesos/equips for future use.

lv 7x is a decent level, and the lack of money really isnt much issue. I've been broke on my marksman since i left Gobies. But 4 levels of stats is significant, the equivalent of 3-4 atk. I would suggest restarting, as long as you dont mind getting back up to lv 70.

Keep your character I'd say. I mean, who doesn't like 20 luk to lose less exp when you die or 10 int for more knowledge?

If you don't mind hitting lv70 again, it is better to restart, but around 20 loss of stats is not going to put you terribly weaker then all other rangers! Its your choice if you want to restart, but its not like you'll be screwed later on with super weak damage, it'll going go down a bit.

I find that all u should prolly do is get 1 or 2 AP resets and your good to go. Use em on the int cuz for a ranger it has no use whatsoever. And if u cant get the Ap resets go on your lvl 33 and use your lvl 74 for some advantages with equips/money

You had 20luk and 10int and you decided on now of all times to restart? Wow that's ridiculous but at least you didn't wait until later. And yes please reset this character its disgusting and luckily you already have a level 33.

I'd say restart. level 70 won't be too hard, and losing 22 stats is like being a Bloodmaster without the extra HP. Restart.
