so i bought a $25 nexon card 1 out of 2 worked the 2nd one it says "you have entered an invalid pin" and i'm like what? so i tried and tried again lookin carefully and typing EXACTLY what the back of the card says and it's still invalid i logged a ticket telling them a problem but i'll probably get like some BS response and 25$ down the drain why don't they have there number in there site? i wanna call them and -insert word here- seriously this is just getting lame -_-' my hopes for nexon is hanging by a thread

Yep, they fail so much that you still play. And couldn't you just return it to the store with your receipt? They might have not scanned it or something. Just because ONE NX card doesn't work for you once when it works fine for a bunch of other people, doesn't mean Nexon fails. Hell, it might have been the person at the counter who failed, not Nexon.

You know, it's not Nexon's fault that your card isn't working. It's the store in which you bought it from. You're just being immature and you're looking to blame Nexon for something.

No refunds, it's on the back of the card.. I memorized it. o-o These cards cannot be returned for a cash refund, exchanged, or used to purchase gift certificates... 'Something like that. :3'
