If you time it correctly, yea it's easy. Or you could find a Bowman friend with puppet, and drag the Hog to the corner...

Or get a hermit friend and shadow web it, and then double click the potion. Easy.

No its really hard and if you think the hog is coming you way it'll feint and stuff. Not really. Just lure it to the corner
