What can you do with diamonds?

i have like 8 Diamonds on my char but i dont know what to do with them besides selling. do they do sumthing else?

Like, you turn in 10 diamonds before and you get like 30k exp? So people were lving like crazy.

No. The glitch was when doing a part of the quest you could talk with the fairy in ellenia to get an item, then drop it, then repeat. You could get a lot of experience. But it doesnt work anymore. 1 diamond was required everytime you wanted to get the item again.
